Glide RE is a real estate team operated by BJ Allen, a licensed Utah real estate sales agent (Utah License #5499328-SA00), brokered by Kelly Right Real Estate of Utah LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, the service plan you select, and details you provide about your home and sale during sign-up and onboarding.
Information collected automatically: basic usage information when you visit our website, such as browser type, pages viewed, and general device information.
We do not collect or store portal passwords — there are none. Portal access uses a one-time code sent to your email.
How sign-up works, in privacy terms
Submitting the Get Started form does not by itself create a seller record. A record is created only after you enter the 6-digit code we email you. Sign-ups that are never verified expire after 7 days.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide listing services, operate your seller portal, communicate with you about your home sale, send service emails (including verification codes and reminders about setup steps), and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
Our brokerage: Kelly Right Real Estate of Utah LLC receives your listing information as the broker of record, for supervision and compliance.
Service providers who run our systems: our forms provider, our listing-records system, our email delivery service, our website host, and our electronic-signature provider. They process information on our behalf to provide those functions. (Providers are described by category because the specific vendors may change.)
When your listing moves forward: the MLS, title and escrow companies, and other parties to your transaction receive the information needed to list and close your sale.
When required: we may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Glide RE, our clients, or others.
How long we keep information
Unverified sign-ups expire after 7 days (see above). Information for active and past clients is kept for as long as needed to provide services and to meet brokerage and Utah record-keeping requirements, then deleted or archived according to those requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting contact@glidere.com. Some information must be retained while you are under a listing agreement or as required by brokerage record-keeping rules. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Most browsers let you control cookies in their settings; some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Children
Our services are for homeowners selling a home and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one.
