These terms govern your use of the Glide RE website (glidere.com) and seller portal. Please read them before submitting your information.

Who we are

Glide RE is a real estate team operated by BJ Allen, a licensed Utah real estate sales agent (Utah License #5499328-SA00), brokered by Kelly Right Real Estate of Utah LLC. Glide RE is a brand and team name — it is not a separate brokerage. When these terms say “Glide RE,” “we,” or “us,” they mean BJ Allen operating as Glide RE under Kelly Right Real Estate of Utah LLC.

Our services

Glide RE provides real estate listing services for home sellers in Utah through the brokerage. Sellers choose a service plan; the specific services included in each plan are described on this website and in the listing agreement you sign.

Information on this website is general information only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

How getting started works

There is no account to create and no password. When you submit the Get Started form, we email you a 6-digit verification code. Your seller record is created only after you enter that code on our site, which confirms the email address is yours. If the code is never entered, the sign-up expires after 7 days and no seller record is created.

Your seller portal

After verification, you can sign in to the seller portal (portal.glidere.com) using a code sent to your email — again, no password. The portal shows you your own onboarding and listing information. Because access is tied to your email inbox, keep your email account secure and let us know at contact@glidere.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Your listing agreement controls

Fees, plan terms, cancellation terms, and each side’s obligations are set by the listing agreement (and any addenda) you sign with the brokerage — not by this website. If anything on this website or in the portal differs from your signed listing agreement, the signed agreement controls. Commission rates are negotiable. Any savings examples or calculator figures on this website are illustrative comparisons only, not a promise of a sale price, proceeds, or timing. Listing agreements also address cancellation: if you cancel after signing, a cancellation fee of $399 applies in the circumstances stated in the agreement.

Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your property, and to update us when it changes. Listing your home through the MLS and other parties relies on that information being correct.

Communications

By submitting your information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text about your inquiry, your listing, and related services. We also send service emails connected to your sign-up and listing, including verification codes and reminders about setup steps. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP; service messages about an active listing may still be sent while you are under agreement.

Market information

County market pages and statistics on this website come from MLS-based market reports and are provided for general information. Figures describe a past period, can be revised by their source, and are not an appraisal, a valuation of your home, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use our services in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and portal are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glide RE and Kelly Right Real Estate of Utah LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
